• Media career spanning companies including Sky, Channel 5 Broadcasting, Sony Entertainment, London Live ESTV (Evening StandardGroup), holding a range of editorial and strategic roles up to Director level.

• Director at Lucy Myers Consulting Ltd:  providing consultancy support across broadcasting, content, digital, branding, marketing, and business development initiatives.

• Volunteer Counsellor, West London  charity:  working with clients on issues including anxiety, depression and loss.
